How to Return

Go to My Orders, select the product, and click 'Return/Exchange' within 7 days.

Select the reason for return and provide any additional details.

Schedule Pickup

Choose a convenient time for pickup. We'll arrange free pickup from your address.

Hand Over Package

Give the sealed package to our delivery partner. Get a receipt for your records.

Inspection & Approval

We inspect the product upon receipt (5-7 business days).

Refund Processed

If approved, refund is credited to your original payment method.

Exchange Process

Exchange your product for a different size, color, or model within 7 days of delivery. Same conditions apply as returns.

Exchange Steps:

  1. 1.Go to your order and select "Return/Exchange"
  2. 2.Choose "Exchange" and select the new item/size
  3. 3.Schedule free pickup of your current item
  4. 4.New item will be shipped upon inspection approval

Note: Any price difference for exchange will be adjusted accordingly.
